Recharge Policy
Serial Number Accuracy
The customer must verify the receiver serial before placing an order.
A recharge applied to an incorrect but valid serial may be irreversible and non-refundable.
Expired Service Requirement
Where receiver status verification is available, only services shown as expired may be eligible for renewal through the standard recharge flow.
Active, unsupported, unavailable, or unidentified services may not be rechargeable.
Activation Time
Activation time begins after payment verification, not when payment is first sent.
Delays may occur due to provider maintenance, API downtime, high order volume, regional restrictions, incomplete payment proof, or manual review.
Payment Verification
Customers must send the exact amount to the payment account shown at checkout and provide a valid transaction reference or clear payment screenshot.
Payments sent to an outdated, incorrect, or unofficial account may not be recoverable.
Service Duration
Plan duration is based on the provider or product rules and may be measured in days or months.
The final expiry date may depend on provider activation time, time zone, existing service state, and provider-side calculations.
Order Completion
An order is considered completed when the selected service has been activated, renewed, or otherwise delivered according to provider confirmation.
Customers should verify the service status after completion and contact support promptly if the result does not match the order.
